Privacy Policy

This policy describes the limited information handled by Paradise Residents Directory and the choices available to visitors. The service is a private reference to Clark County, Nevada, and historical resources. It requires no visitor account and does not host government records.

Information You Submit

A name, telephone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies the result experience. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those search entries. When a visitor writes to us, we receive the contents of that message solely to respond.

Automatically Collected Data

Hosting systems create routine logs that can include an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time of access. We use aggregate information to maintain the service and understand general page use. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic measurement and, if used, advertising measurement.

Our Use of Data

Limited data supports operation, error correction, traffic measurement, and content maintenance. We do not create individual visitor profiles or sell a list of visitors.

External Services

Links may lead to Clark County or Nevada portals, library collections, archives, and outside search services. Their own privacy terms apply to any information sent to them. Sponsored search results are supplied by a separate company and follow that provider’s practices.

Data Recipients

Providers that host or support the reference may process routine log data for us. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure also occurs when valid legal process requires it.

Data Safeguards

The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no user accounts, the reference does not store a visitor password or account profile.

Visitors Under 18

This reference is intended for adults and does not target children. We do not knowingly collect a minor’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information, and we will remove it.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on residence and the data involved, a visitor may have rights to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Nevada NRS 603A.345 and NRS 603A.346 provide verified requests not to sell covered data in circumstances set by law. Because this reference retains little visitor data, a request normally concerns the contact mailbox or routine logs. Use the Contact page. A public record held by Nevada, Clark County, or another custodian remains under that custodian’s rules.

Policy Revisions

Any revision will appear here. Continued use after a posted update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
